In 2012, Adidas, Timbers, Forest Heights residents, the Forest Heights HOA and others contributed to the installation of an artificial turf soccer field adjacent to Forest Park Elementary.  Used by FPE students during school hours, the turf is also used by Lincoln Youth Soccer, the Forest Heights Soccer club, Lincoln Youth Lacrosse and Lincoln Youth Baseball. The surrounding walking track is used by residents year round.  

Twelve years later, the turf needs to be replaced and our goal is to raise $25,000 so we can all continue  to enjoy the turf.

Our Educational Assistant provide designated support services for students in classrooms. Educational Assistants are not covered by the PPS budget nor are they covered by state or federal funds. Our Educational assistants are 100% covered by the funds raised by Friends of Forest Park Elementary.
